Guided by a committee made up of credit union CEOs, senior level trainers, and subject matter experts, 12 areas of competency were determined that are at the core of leadership. These competencies fit into the 4 leadership pathways found within credit unions, which are:

Leading Self

Are you someone who is aspiring to reach the next level of your leadership pathway, while hoping to one day lead others?
